Teddy Stadium Project - Jerusalem

To be Safe carried out the Teddy Stadium project in Jerusalem as a subcontractor for Motorola Solutions.
The goal of the project is to cover the entire area of the stadium with high resolution cameras with an emphasis on photographing the stands with facial recognition capability, a unique project of its kind in Israel.
To be Safe designed the communication network and servers for this project.

To be Safe company carried out the planning for:
1. Full camera planning throughout the stadium with an emphasis on the application of facial recognition capabilities in a comprehensive way and especially on all the seats in the stands.
2. Planning the required resolution for the cameras according to each camera location and the required coverage area with an emphasis on facial recognition.
3. Planning the network layout, the passive layout (infrastructure) and also the active layout with an emphasis on high traffic capacities, availability, performance and dual survivability.
4. Planning the array of servers and workstations and hardware/software requirements for this project.
5. Designing a control room (the stadium center) that includes a virtual matrix / wall of screens and workstations, viewing and research.

Hardware to carry out the planning

The To be Safe company supplied, installed, implemented and integrated the following systems:
1. Supply, installation, assimilation and integration into the communication system that includes the Firewall's Core and optical distribution switches and the camera switches at the edges, all connectivity and connectivity is based on double 10Gb optical infrastructures.
2. Delivery, installation, assimilation and integration to the array of servers and camera management which includes hardware and software with an emphasis on AI capabilities in the core servers, all servers are based on image processing capabilities (Analytics AI), the servers include NVIDIA GPU's.
3. Delivery, installation, assimilation and integration into the focal point system that includes workstations for viewing and research, including a virtual matrix and a screen wall.
4. Assimilation and integration into the array of cameras in the project which includes a video management system of the AVIGILON company.
